Thresha has completed her Certificate course and Diploma with a Gold medal and has been recognized as the best student in her academic years (2007/08) from SLITA on Clothing Technology. She completed her bachelor's in Applied Science (Textile Technology) with a first-class (Distinction pass) from RMIT University Australia and completed her master's in Supply Chain Management with a merit pass from Asia e university Malaysia. Currently, she is pursuing her Chartered status in Management with CIM (UK), and she an Associate Member of Charted Management Institute UK. Further, She completed her Green Belt Qualification in Lean Management
She is a senior process improvement specialist with over 13 years of expertise in the fields of Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, Lean Management, and Supply Chain Management. The major contribution of her career is being involved, business areas such as New Product Development, Supply Chain Optimization, Customer Interface, Lean Office, Manufacturing, and also contributed on setting up the lean transformational journey in a new seamless apparel manufacturing facility at MAS Holdings. The key highlights of her career are being mainly on process lead time and inventory reductions while optimizing the available resources. Currently, she is successfully involved and consulting on Lean Transformational journeys of reputed organizations based in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
