Dedicated and detail-oriented professional with 25 plus years’ experience in a USD 2.5 billion business in manufacturing and related value-added processes with a solid background in Product development to manufacturing. Proven track record as a Lean Black Belt Master Sensei working with consultants' from Toyota motor corporation Japan & USA in internalizing Toyota Production System (LEAN) in multinational and multi-cultural context, experience in converting manufacturing facilities in Indonesia, Bangladesh, India, Kenya & Sri Lanka to realize world class organizational benchmarks.

Thresha is a process improvement consultant with over 13 years of expertise specifically in the fields of Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, Project Management, Lean Management, and Supply Chain Management. The major contribution of her career is being involved, challenging business areas such as New Product Development, Supply Chain Optimization, and Lean Office. The key highlights of her career is being mainly on process lead time and inventory reductions while optimizing the available resources.

Dr. Nadeesha has received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from HUST, China. Before her Ph.D., she has obtained a MBA from WUSL, and First-class honours specialized in Apparel Production and Management from the OUSL. Bachelor degree in Industrial Studies (BIS), She has Lecturing experience since 2013, first as a Lecturer at the OUSL, then as a Ph.D. researcher at HUST, and finally Senior Lecturer at the University of Kelaniya. Further, she has nearly 4 years of industrial experience in the Textile and Apparel sector in different positions.

Nethaji is a senior continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence practitioner with over decade of multinational professional experience. He is extensively trained on Lean concepts through applying them on the shop floor. His passion is to develop process through people development. Prior to joining textile and apparel industry at MAS, he was in the software and technology industry. Currently, he's in exploring new avenues in the North American region.

Kapila, Experienced Assistant Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry with over 21 years of experience. Specialized in Lean Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing excellence, Stores Management, Counseling & people handling techniques. Excellent reputation for Productivity Improvement & sustenance in applying appropriate Lean tools.

Himali is a Fashion Designer with nearly 15 years of experience and been a Lecturer in various Design disciplines for a decade. She is also a self-inspired artist and an Aspiring Art Curator, both on pragmatic and spiritual platforms with a wealth of exposure in travelling the world. She is a scholar of BA (Hons) Fashion Design and MA in Arts Management, respectively from the LASALLE College of the Arts – Singapore, and the Istituto Marangoni – Florence, Italy. Her Diploma in Clothing Industry Studies from RMIT University – Australia, and a Life drawing workshop at London Atelier of Representational Arts (LARA) – UK, cumulatively contributing in making the artist and the academic that she is today.

Khadiza is a dedicated lean practitioner with 6 years of hands-on experience in the both academic and industrial settings that has sharpened her expertise in systematic research, coaching and mentoring, learning and development aspects, talent management, performance evaluation, and lean capacity building programs aligning with the organizational requirements.
