Dr. Nadeesha has received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from HUST, China. Before her Ph.D., she has obtained a MBA from WUSL, and First-class honours specialized in Apparel Production and Management from the OUSL. Bachelor degree in Industrial Studies (BIS), She has Lecturing experience since 2013, first as a Lecturer at the OUSL, then as a Ph.D. researcher at HUST, and finally Senior Lecturer at the University of Kelaniya. Further, she has nearly 4 years of industrial experience in the Textile and Apparel sector in different positions.
Nethaji is a senior continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence practitioner with over decade of multinational professional experience. He is extensively trained on Lean concepts through applying them on the shop floor. His passion is to develop process through people development. Prior to joining textile and apparel industry at MAS, he was in the software and technology industry. Currently, he's in exploring new avenues in the North American region.

Himali is a Fashion Designer with nearly 15 years of experience and been a Lecturer in various Design disciplines for a decade. She is also a self-inspired artist and an Aspiring Art Curator, both on pragmatic and spiritual platforms with a wealth of exposure in travelling the world. She is a scholar of BA (Hons) Fashion Design and MA in Arts Management, respectively from the LASALLE College of the Arts – Singapore, and the Istituto Marangoni – Florence, Italy. Her Diploma in Clothing Industry Studies from RMIT University – Australia, and a Life drawing workshop at London Atelier of Representational Arts (LARA) – UK, cumulatively contributing in making the artist and the academic that she is today.
